So, since Habib's death, I got two rabbits: Hip and Hop. Well, long story short, Hip died. Hop became friends with a rat named Ratatouille and then this past summer I got Hop a new buddy. Yes, the cutesy naming scheme continued and the baby's name is Scotch. Don't have pictures, but maybe I will soon.

I met a guy. We're kinda casually dating, but it's nothing serious. My friends call him Aladdin because he's indian. I take exception to that. They also call this guy that was very into me Gerber Baby, so you get the idea.

Oh, in more exciting news, I got a 76-key digital piano/electronic keyboard. It's amazing. I'm no grand pianist, but I'm getting back into it seriously.

I'm going to watch the Presidential Candidate Debate tonight and see who can talk, but I'm already just a little biased.

I have nothing interesting to say, but I might just start posting some tidbits from my life here.

Since my friend brought it up, does anyone think that the world is going to end in 2012 like the Mayans and several other groups believe?

Yay for pianoing!

And no Mayans claimed the world will end December 21st, 2012. An important event is supposed to happen, but beyond that we don't know.

Yes, indeed. Are you still diddling with music at all?

My friend was explaining it verbatim so I just wrote down what I heard. Do you think something will happen? Or better yet do you believe in these kind of prophesies, or anything Nicodemus said?

I think you mean Nostradamus. Nicodemus was a biblical character. And no, not really. There's a lot of evidence that the things Nostradamus wrote about had already happened--And while they Mayans may have had mastered astronomy and built an intricate calendar out of their knowledge, but that doesn't really mean anything. People seem to put some sort of supernatural intelligence on ancient civilizations, when really, biologically they have the exact same intelligence capacity as we do. We just have information more readily available.

Yes, yes, I do. My brain had an issue when I typed that. Brain fart, perhaps.
Yeah, I've noticed that, but I'm not sure why it seems so much more important to them that it was prophesied or predicted at an earlier time. Maybe the limited resources has something to do with people's amazement at their being able to predict or interpret things so clearly, so many years ago.
